In therapy sessions we’ll work to solve current problems and improve positive thinking and behavior. I will help you “re-frame” your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles. I treat a wide variety of conditions including anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I am here to support you and work with you to create individualized goals and I am with you each step of the way while you meet them. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and a holistic approach to healthy mind and body to help you succeed. I offer flexible morning and evening appointments to help accommodate busy schedules.
